Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Gold Chips Bedding. 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Our policy lasts 14 days. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery / receipt. You also need to notify us within the period of your intention to return your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), within 14 days of receiving your package, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Products with obvious signs of use.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. If we have to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct the amount of such charges from any refund we send to you. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.  We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
